What a Difference a Year Makes
I recently got the photos back from our annual event at work each June. I went back and looked at last years photos as a 1 year comparison. Awesome exercise in reflection and reminding myself that although things aren’t happening as fast as I thought they might in the weight loss department, things are DEFINITELY DIFFERENT!

Oh, wow wow wow. You’ve made such progress in the last year! You look vibrant and radiant in both pictures, but in the recent one you also look unmistakably smaller. Awesome.

Meegan, I know I’ve said it before but let me say it again. I am just so proud of you for all the work you’re putting into yourself. In times when I’m feeling especially frustrated (like now lol), I just think about all the people I’ve met while on this journey and how hard all of us are working on not only becoming physically healthier but mentally and emotionally healthier and while it may not east my frustration, it certainly reminds me I’m not alone. You are always at the top of the my list!

Look at you hot mama! You look nice in the picture from last year. Your hair looks cute, your clothes are nicely tailored, great shoes, etc…but your smile in the picture from this year is so genuine. Congratulations on a successful year. Here is to another 12 months of success!
